Questions about pricing

Do voters pay or need an account?

No. Voters never pay and never need an account. Only the people running the election sign in.

What if more people need to vote than my plan allows?

Upgrade to the next tier at any point before or during the election, and you pay only the difference.

Can I get a refund?

A per-election purchase is fully refundable until that election launches. After launch, it isn't refundable.

What happens if a yearly plan lapses during an election?

A running election always finishes, and you keep access to its results. New launches need a renewed plan or a per-election purchase.

Which plans include the extras?

Every plan from the Standard election up, and both yearly plans. The extras are observers (scrutineers), voter groups, Deputy and Viewer staff roles, a second voter check (such as a member number), candidate self-submission and bilingual elections. Priority email support comes with the Large and Major elections and the Organization plan.

Is the secret ballot the same on every plan?

Yes. Every plan, including Free, gets the same protections: ballots unlinked from voters, locked until voting closes, and a ballot code each voter can check. The Strict security level (an organizer-held results key) is available on every plan too.
