About ElectionKeeper
Community organizations deserve elections their members can trust, without needing an IT department to run them.
Student unions, clubs, co-ops, associations and boards hold elections every year. Many still pass paper around a room, or use survey tools that were never built for secret ballots. ElectionKeeper does one thing: elections, done properly, for organizations voting under their own rules.
What we believe
A secret ballot, every time
Nobody in your organization should be able to see how anyone voted, on any plan, including the free one. The security page explains how, and where the limits are.
Honesty about what we do
We only describe protections we've actually built, and we say plainly what we haven't. Election software that overpromises does more harm than software that's clear about its limits.
Everyone can vote
The ballot works on any phone, without an app or an account, in 10 languages, and is built to the WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standard.
Your members' data isn't ours to use
We don't sell data or use it for advertising, and voter details are deleted a year after voting closes. Read the privacy policy.
